How you will make an Impact:
Liase with DC Operations Group at 3PL to ensure available resources to support EW demands such as arranging for storage of inventory, applying proper local language labeling and IFU, etc.
Support the business relationship with 3PL warehousing providers: join MBR, effective communication and monitor warehousing activities.
Drive continuous improvements for operational W&D set-up. Identify opportunities to optimize process flows, warehouse solutions, equipment, tools, fixtures, etc. As well as lead the implementation of these initiatives.
Performed detailed analysis to improve supply chain operations
Fulfill orders to the satisfaction of the customers, and arrange for prompt deliveries. Being the spill with customer service and inventory mgmt. team to mitigate any delays.
Liaise with freight forwarders/ domestic transportation partners/ customs / relevant government departments to ensure cost effectiveness, quality, timeliness are met
Lead contact and end responsible for financial audits (SOX/PWC) including accurate follow-up actions.
Liaise with BU Supply Chain team to obtain sales forecasts

What you will need (Required):
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years’ experience
What else we look for (Preferred):
Working in a medical device and/or regulated industry
Proven expertise in Microsoft Office, Global Supply Chain, and Quality systems (e.g., SQMS, JDE, JDA) preferred Excellent English written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills.
Clear and concise communicator able to build a compelling motivation for change
Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Solid knowledge and understanding of procedures and guidelines relevant to local and/or global supply chain and ISO laws and regulations applicable to medical device industry
Strict attention to detail
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Work is performed independently on more complex projects and/or lines of work and reviewed for accuracy and soundness
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
