This role is an onsite or hybrid role based at our corporate headquarters in Irvine, California.

How you'll make an impact:

This Senior Analytics role – on our Corporate Strategy Team – will focus on leveraging big data and real-world data in combination with competitive intelligence to provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations that drive business growth and innovation.

  • Integrate competitive intelligence with real-world data to inform strategic planning
  • Collaborate with and influence stakeholders/leadership across the organization through fact-based analyses to address key business priorities
  • Partner with team to interpret results of quantitative models and develop alternative analysis to support business objectives
  • Identify, evaluate, cleanse, organize, and assess value of disparate data sources. Identify data sources available and collect primary data where necessary.
  • Build custom quantitative models and dashboards to visualize insights by applying advanced statistical methods
  • Perform validation and testing of models to ensure adequacy and determine need for reformulation
  • Present and communicate complex analytical findings to be clear, concise, and decision oriented
  • Identify challenging issues in the marketplace that inform strategic decisions and share insights with the broader organization through the preparation of quarterly/ad hoc reports
  • Other incidental duties

What you'll need (required):

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of related experience

What else we look for (preferred):

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, business analytics, competitive insights or a related role
  • Experience in healthcare, Lifesciences, medical devices, biopharma, or strategic consulting
  • Good project management skills (e.g., documenting data flows, business processes, power point presentations)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tool and BI/reporting software including but not limited to Tableau, Power BI, Power Automate, broader Microsoft CoPilot suite
  • Experience with market analysis models and proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Desire to learn new concepts and software solutions
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.

For California, the base pay range for this position is $90,000 to $127,000 (highly experienced).
