As part of Edwards Lifesciences’ mission to improve the quality of life around the world, we inspire our employees to join us and charitable partners in our Strengthen Our Community (SOC) initiative.
Through Edwards Foundation funding, the work of our charitable partners, and employee engagement, we aspire to impact 1 million people facing barriers in the communities where we live and work by 2030.

Employee Engagement
We believe in giving our all, and that goes deeper than simply providing funding:
- Employee volunteerism: we aspire for every employee to give expertise and Edwards’ time to support charitable partners.
- Charity board placement program: meeting partner needs with employee expertise by placing Edwards employees on board of directors of partners.
- Employee matching gift program: furthering the generosity of our employees by matching employee financial contributions to non-profits.
Annual Programs
- Global Month of Giving: employees volunteer year-round and every October we amplify our giving efforts through a global campaign supporting organizations locally near Edwards’ locations.
- Heart Month: each February we create awareness and take action and to improve heart health.
