Through our structured graduate programme, you'll gain hands-on experience, work alongside experienced professionals, and contribute to innovative technologies that help improve and extend patients' lives.

Over two years, you'll complete three eight-month rotations across key business functions, providing broad exposure to different areas of the organisation and helping you develop into a well-rounded engineering professional.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Contribute to the development and manufacture of life-changing medical technologies
  • Support projects that improve product quality, patient safety, and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Quality, and Supplier Quality
  • Apply engineering principles to solve real business and technical challenges
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within a highly regulated manufacturing environment
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and global partners
  • Gain exposure to the full product lifecycle and the processes that support it

What you’ll need (Required):

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated engineering capability through academic projects, internships, work experience, or extracurricular activities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

What else we look for (preferred):

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Basic understanding of statistical analysis techniques
  • Understanding of engineering principles, theories, and concepts
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive working relationships
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of Environmental Health & Safety and Quality requirements within a regulated manufacturing environment
