Over two years, you'll complete three eight-month rotations across key business functions, providing broad exposure to different areas of the organisation and helping you develop into a well-rounded engineering professional.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Contribute to the development and manufacture of life-changing medical technologies
- Support projects that improve product quality, patient safety, and operational excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Quality, and Supplier Quality
- Apply engineering principles to solve real business and technical challenges
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within a highly regulated manufacturing environment
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and global partners
- Gain exposure to the full product lifecycle and the processes that support it
What you’ll need (Required):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated engineering capability through academic projects, internships, work experience, or extracurricular activities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
What else we look for (preferred):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
- Basic understanding of statistical analysis techniques
- Understanding of engineering principles, theories, and concepts
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive working relationships
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
- Commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of Environmental Health & Safety and Quality requirements within a regulated manufacturing environment
