How you’ll make an impact:

  • Drive and ensure a high integrity culture by closely partnering with commercial and cross-functional team to:
    1. Provide value-added and solution-oriented counseling;
    2. Optimize local compliance rules and SOPs;
    3. Develop and deliver role-based compliance training materials and overall training plan;
    4. Drive compliance ownership across the organization through compliance champion programs.

  • Oversee end-to-end review and approval of HCP/HCO interactions and activities ensuring alignment with global policies, local regulations and industry codes.

  • Support global risk assessments, risk analysis and monitoring plans to ensure compliance. Drive remediation actions to close gaps identified.

  • Monitor compliance with policies and procedures, development of complex testing; templates and metrics for tracking and trending and providing appropriate guidance to internal stakeholders.

  • Support and coordinate internal audits and complete remediation actions. Collaborate with Global team to optimize transparency disclosure. 

What you’ll need (Required)

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field , 5 years experience contract or bid management required

  • Relevant working experience in healchcare compliance, legal or internal aduit. Direct healthcare experience in pharma or medical device sectors, or healchare focused audit/compliance expereience at Big 4 accounting firms or law firms

  • Expert understanding of effective compliance program standards

  • Extensive understanding of legal, regulatory, and industry landscape to help develop best practices

  • Extensive knowledge of Industry Code requirements

  • Fluent English skills (Conversation/writing), preferably with Korea speaking capability

  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel;

  • Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills

  • Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations

  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
