Patients are at the heart of everything we do. Aortic stenosis impacts millions of people globally, yet it often remains under-diagnosed and under-treated. Edwards’ groundbreaking work in transcatheter aortic heart valve replacement (TAVR) pioneered an innovative, life-changing solution for patients by offering aortic valve replacement without the need for open heart surgery. Our Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) business unit continues to partner with cardiologists and clinical teams to transform patient care with devices supported by clinical evidence. It’s our driving force to help patients live longer and healthier lives. Join us and be part of our inspiring journey.

Define HCP service scope and handle related operational activities: process invoices, track costs, verify service delivery, monitor budgets, and address complex issues.
Monitor contract expirations and collaborate with HCPs/HCOs to ensure timely renewals in accordance with requirements.
Review all contracts for compliance with internal guidelines, ensuring proper approvals and signatures, and collaborate with regional and country teams on HCP contract management processes.
Support documentation activities related to Quality requirements.
Provide Proctor Portal support to ensure an optimal user experience for THV proctors.
Manage incoming requests from the field teams related to proctor and crimp nurse needs in a timely and efficient manner.
