About the opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated, curious, and self-driven student to join our team as an AI Solutions & Automation Student. This unique role focuses on advancing the practical use of Artificial Intelligence, Microsoft Copilot, automation, and data analytics to improve operational efficiency, knowledge management, productivity, and decision-making across the organization.
This opportunity is ideal for a student who enjoys learning new technologies, identifying innovative solutions, and working in a highly collaborative global environment. You will partner with leaders and teams across R&D, Clinical, Operations, Quality, PMO, and other functions to drive AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
How you will make an impact:
AI & Productivity Solutions
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies to improve day-to-day business processes and organizational efficiency.
- Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and recommend practical applications across different functions.
Automation & Digital Transformation
- Design and implement automation solutions using the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Copilot, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Develop workflows, dashboards, and digital tools that enhance productivity and collaboration.
AI Prototyping & Innovation
- Build AI-powered prototypes, agents, copilots, and workflow solutions for business stakeholders.
- Support the adoption of AI technologies across Management, R&D, Clinical Affairs, Operations, Quality, and PMO teams.
Data Analytics & Insights
- Analyze large datasets and generate meaningful insights to support business and operational decision-making.
- Work with complex data sources, including clinical trial datasets, while maintaining high standards of data privacy, security, and quality.
Future Technology Exploration
- Investigate opportunities to apply AI technologies within engineering design and development environments.
- Explore potential use cases involving CAD tools, SolidWorks, Abaqus, and related engineering workflows.
What you'll need (Required):
- Second or third-year student pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering with Information Systems specialization, or a related field.
- Strong self-learning capabilities and demonstrated passion for technology and innovation.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate in a global environment.
- Analytical mindset combined with business and operational understanding.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with management, engineers, clinical professionals, IT teams, and business users.
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.
What else we look for:
- Experience through studies, projects, or personal initiatives with Python, SQL, advanced Excel, or Power BI.
- Experience using Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI platforms.
- Familiarity with Power Automate, SharePoint Lists, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.
- Experience building bots, AI agents, dashboards, workflows, or automation solutions.
- Familiarity with Priority ERP, LeanKit, SolidWorks, or Abaqus.
- Participation in personal projects, hackathons, research initiatives, or academic capstone projects related to AI, Data Analytics, or Automation.
