How you’ll make an impact

  • Act as a strategic partner in Global and Regional FP&A projects by anticipating needs and transforming them into scalable, user‑centric reporting and planning solutions.
  • Lead FP&A initiatives that improve forecast accuracy, reduce cycle times, and strengthen data governance.
  • Drive adoption of innovative technologies and self-service analytics (Power BI, Anaplan, Planning systems, AI Microsoft Copilot) to unlock FP&A capacity and elevate analytical capabilities across regions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency FP&A processes.
  • Support ad hoc reporting and analysis and support other initiatives as needed.
  • Influence and challenge business partners to drive financial responsibility and accountability. Contribute to the development of meaningful presentations to communicate financial results, metrics, recommendations, and training finance users.
  • Perform month-end and quarterly accounting activities and reconciliations, ensuring timely, accurate reporting.
  • Partner with BI infrastructure teams to ensure effective implementation and process adoption.

What you’ll need (Required):

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field, complemented by several years of experience as a Financial Analyst or within Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
  • Fluent English communication skills; ability to translate complex topics into simple, actionable messages.
  • Proven ability to partner across Finance, IT, and Business teams.

    What else we look for (Preferred):

    • Proven expertise in MS Office Suite, and related financial and business intelligent systems (Power BI, Anaplan, Microsoft Copilot or comparable FP&A platforms).
    • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, curiosity and continuous learning mindset.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
    • Change management and user adoption leadership experience.
