Edwards Lifesciences is expanding its global technology capabilities with the launch of a new IT Innovation Hub in Pune, India. The Hub strengthens the technology foundation that supports our business worldwide, working in close partnership with teams across regions to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions at scale. Designed as a long-term investment, the Pune Hub will advance newer digital capabilities such as automation, data, AI, and cloud, and will include roles spanning end user services, application development, and enterprise platform teams. Together, these teams will help Edwards operate more efficiently and accelerate innovation in support of our mission of advancing patient care.

We are looking for a Senior Test Automation professional to help build and scale enterprise test automation capabilities using the Tricentis platform. This role is hands-on and will also play a key role in mentoring CDAC graduate hires and accelerating their readiness for enterprise delivery.

In the initial phase, the role is not platform-specific, but over time will align to enterprise platforms such as ERP (Oracle JDE), MES, PLM, and Salesforce (SFDC).

How you’ll make an impact:

• Design, build, and maintain automated tests using Tricentis Tosca

• Support test planning, execution, and reporting using qTest or similar tools

• Develop scalable, reusable test automation assets (UI, API, integration)

• Mentor and train CDAC graduate engineers on Tricentis tools and automation best practices

• Work with global QA, development, and product teams

• Gradually take platform ownership (ERP / MES / PLM / SFDC) as the organization matures

What you’ll need (Required):

• 5–8 years of experience in test automation or quality engineering

• Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca (preferred)

• Experience with test management tools (qTest or equivalent)

• Solid understanding of enterprise systems, integration testing, and SDLC

• Strong communication skills and passion for mentoring junior engineers

What else we look for (Preferred):

• Experience testing ERP, MES, PLM, or Salesforce platforms

• Prior experience supporting or coaching early-career engineers

• Exposure to large enterprise or regulated environments

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of:

• o Test automation frameworks and design principles

• o API and integration testing concepts

• o Data-driven and model-based test design

• Experience testing applications built on:

• o Web technologies

• o APIs / services

• o Backend systems and workflows

• Working knowledge of SDLC, defect management, and release testing.
