How you will make an impact:

  • Assist with a variety of HR initiatives across multiple HR functions.

  • Support research, data collection, and basic analysis to inform HR decisions and recommendations.

  • Help prepare documents, presentations, reports, and communication materials.

  • Participate in meetings, take notes, and track action items or follow‑up tasks.

  • Provide general administrative and coordination support for HR activities and events.

  • Maintain organized records, files, and tracking tools related to HR processes and projects.

  • Collaborate with team members and cross‑functional partners as needed.

  • Assist with process improvements by gathering information, documenting workflows, or identifying opportunities for efficiency.

  • Shadow HR professionals to gain exposure to core HR practices and day‑to‑day operations.

  • Support employee‑facing programs or initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.

What you'll need (required):

  • Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited University for the entire duration of their internship.

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or Communications.

  • Other majors will be considered if proven interest/skillset within Human Resources

  • Must graduate December 2026 or later.

  • Must be in good scholastic standing (3.0+ GPA or equivalent)

  • Must be available to work 10-12 weeks full-time over the course of the summer.

  • Strong interest in pursuing relevant industry experience within the healthcare and life sciences industry is a plus.

  • Must not require company sponsorship for an employment-based visa now or in the future.

 

What else we look for (Preferred):

  • Must have strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize

  • Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint is preferred
