How you will make an impact:
Strengthen Edwards Lifesciences Public Affairs footprint in Israel to secure timely patients’ access, appropriate funding, and reward for Edwards innovative products in Structural Heart Diseases.
Maintain, strengthen & expand a network of stakeholders within the national health care system, including payers, budget holders, procurers, policy makers, key opinion leaders & trade associations.
Engage with health authorities to ensure successful implementation of market access and government affairs strategies. Work closely with external stakeholders to maximize the full potential of solution offerings, this includes evidence generation and communication, value dossier adaptation and submissions, optimizing value perception of Edwards innovations and supporting policy development and implementation in Structural Heart Diseases.
Work in close cooperation with Business Units and regulatory affairs in delivering Edwards value proposition at hospital and national level, with the engagement and the interaction with all relevant clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
Perform constant monitoring about the changes in the health policy and funding environment conditions for the Edwards Lifesciences portfolio (including media trend analysis). Develop comprehensive understanding of the external access policy and decision-maker environment and issues which influence how Edwards Business Units operate in Israel.
Support the implementation and lead the execution of innovative health economics strategies, value assessment tools and economic evaluations of new technology.
What you’ll need:
Proven Market Access track record in Israel
Proven ability to build good relationships with external stakeholders
Good understanding of related aspects of pricing & reimbursement processes
Good understanding of local healthcare system and political environment
Strong communication and influencing skills, able to work in a matrix environment and to work with governmental officials.

Proven expertise with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Power Point systems.
