Responsible for the management of HR programs and policy requirements that provide the framework for program design that aligns with Edwards' Talent and Organization strategy, HR strategy and business needs. This role is responsible for bringing outside-in perspective and expertise founded on market intelligence for talent management to incorporate leading practices and innovative solutions into the program requirements.
The Program Owner is responsible for defining the policy requirements for the purpose of enhancing the employee experience and maintaining the business competitive advantage. This role collaborates with other COE teams to support an integrated strategy, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, define, and plan program objectives and policy requirements based on business needs and strategic goals, with accountability for all project deliverables including identifying gaps, recommending solutions while providing direction and guidance to project teams.
• Identify, evaluate, and lead the implementation of training and development programs and process improvement and/or course correction/course alignment opportunities. Oversee and maintain program design and delivery.
• Design more complex development programs based on business need, program framework and requirements, metrics of success, and global COE alignment
• Use data and complex analytics to support continuous improvement to reduce cost, improve program quality/satisfaction, and demonstrate the value of the programs to the business
• Incorporate leading practices into development program design and identify ways to introduce innovative solutions to achieve business goals
• Develop and proactively manage third-party vendor relationships to ensure vendor performance and maximize investment
• Collaborate with other Program Owners/Designers to create a seamless employee experience across HR offerings
• Provide policy/program Tier 3 escalation support to HR Solutions
• Collaborate with HRT to design programs and reports to continually improve data elements for compliance/evaluation
• Leverage leading practices, future trends, and innovative solutions to design, sustain and maintain programs
• Assess, evaluate, and refine program design using data & analytics to support continuous improvement of programs

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in in Human Resources, Business, Management, Organization Development, or related field , minimum of 12 years years experience of relevant experience Required or
Master's Degree or equivalent 10 years years experience of previous related HR experience Required
Minimum of 5 years years experience of progressive HR leadership or relevant consulting experience
Minimum of 3 years years experience of people management experience Preferred

• Ability to articulate program objectives, activities, and policies by aligning HR strategic goals and vision to business needs
