Becton Dickinson (BD) recently completed the acquisition of the Edwards Critical Care business. This position is part of the Critical Care division, and as such will become a part of the BD organization in the future. Critical Care will operate as a separate business unit, called Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM) within BD's medical segment, aligning with BD's smart connected care approach. Research and extract valuable information from internal and external data sources to explain historical, current and future China channel performance including sales/dealer achievement rate, hospital sales & inventory level; determine the best data warehouse structure and analytical models and approaches to present those information to business and functional team.
You will make an impact by...
• Design & improve China channel database structure; keep all the channel related master data updated
• Design & offer reports including but not limited to billing, hospital, inventory, Sales/Dealer achievement/rebate report
• Develop & implement the distributors' evaluation standard, monitor and report dealer authorization status and progress
• Conduct stocktaking in logistics platform or distributor site & resolve mutual problems to manage and enhance inventory data accuracy performance
• Channel intelligence analysis and channel KPI update
• Other duties assigned by Leadership
What you'll need (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 3 years years experience previous related channel operations or sales administration in MNC experience Required
What else we look for (Preferred)
• Good command of computer skills, especially with strong Excel competency and superb abilities of data analysis; With SQL/Access knowledge is preferred.
• Good communication skill, teamwork and interpersonal is highly expected
• MNC experience in SFE or sales administration in pharmaceutical or relevant industry is preferred
• Committed, conscientious attribute, detail-orientated is preferable.
• Be familiar with China medical device business regulation such as necessary certificates
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
