How you’ll make an impact:

  • Facilitate, generate, and disseminate medical and clinical information for both internal and external clients within the assigned therapy area.

  • Review, analyze, and communicate clinical evidence.

  • Establish the highest medical-scientific credibility with customers and stakeholders, acting as a medical-scientific expert liaison between the organization and the medical community through the communication of evidence-based data.

  • Establish long-term medical-scientific/strategic relationships with key thought leaders, medical associations, and academic centers of excellence.

  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across functions (commercial, MKTG, regulatory, clinical, public affairs) to formulate strategies for medical, clinical, educational, and health economics for the assigned therapy area.

  • Provide guidance to teams across functinos on activities that foster evidence landscaping and development to guide current and future strategies for medical, clinical, health economic, and educational activities for the assigned therapy area.

  • Perform other incidental duties as required.

What you'll need (Required):

  • Masters Degree in Medical/Life Science/Allied Health field is required.

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in a clinical, medical industry field or scientific background.

What else we look for (Preferred):

  • Strong scientific expertise to lead the implementation of the medical affairs strategy for the assigned therapy area.

  • Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills, including negotiation and relationship management abilities, with the capability to drive achievement of objectives.

  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate scientific information; respond to inquiries and address the needs of key stakeholders.

  • Demonstrates high levels of personal integrity, emotional intelligence, and flexibility.

  • Experience in relevant clinical practice is preferred.

  • Comprehensive understanding of policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to investigator-initiated studies and medical affairs function.

  • Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements and study execution.

  • Professional interaction with all organizational levels and proactive escalation of issues to appropriate management levels.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders across functions: public affairs,  regional sales teams, clinical specialists, and training to ensure effective integration of efforts.

  • Background of scientific and compliance rigor, excellent communication skills.

  • Strong work ethic, commitment to serving internal and external clients, energy, focus, motivation, debate-friendly attitude, and good interpersonal skills.

  • Passion for science and teaching.

  • Proven organizational and project management skills.

  • Open and honest approach to debates and constant evaluation.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Team player with a "can-do" attitude.
