The Sr. Director, Sales TMTT EEMEA will lead the Middle East, North Africa, Israel, Eastern Europe and South Africa and their teams across direct and distributor markets for TMTT in the region.
The leader will determine the EEMEA TMTT strategic direction to ensure business leadership and ensure strategic and business goals are met.
How you'll make an impact
- Own the overall EEMEA TMTT business and P&L
- Lead the TMTT commercial organization across Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa and their teams including Sales managers, Distributor managers and Clinical specialists
- Develop and lead the commercial strategy of the region across the matrix and collaborating with both the EU & Global TMTT BU to meet strategic and financial objectives and ensure innovation launch and acceleration
- Anticipate and interpret market trends, dynamics and implications to ensure sustainable growth objectives are met, maintaining a company image consistent with global category leadership
- Nurture the company culture of patient centricity within the organization by living the Edwards credo. Lead by example to foster an environment of diversity, inclusion and belonging for all employees
- Work with the Public Affairs in developing and executing the TMTT Public Affairs strategy that will ensure the prioritization of structural heart disease
- Hires, develops and retains talent in the Edwards sales organization and provide personal leadership and oversight of the talent strategy
What you'll need
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in related field
- Successful Sales &/or Marketing management experience ideally in a Med Tech or healthcare industry environment
- Successful people management and leadership across multiple layers organization
- Track record of success in leading in a matrix environment
