We are seeking a subject matter expert in Facilities area to drive best in class employee onsite office experience, modernize our space and facilities operations and support new office build out.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Manage and/or lead a small team within facility and office operations function. Develop a robust talent development plan in alignment with functional growth strategies of the department.
- Manage organization of office events such as company meetings, AEM, visitors, company dinners, Christmas party and other similar events including regional events and visits (arrangements such as hotels, taxis, flights, refreshments, premises); Ensure cost effectiveness and identify possible savings in office operations.
- Lead local EMS projects and programs.
- Effectively coordinate facility related activities (e.g. relationship with landlord and all service providers) including leading projects of large scope related to changes of the office area.
- Lead creation or updates of internal procedures and policies from the office management perspective.
- Actively cooperate with local management team on strategic changes and their implementation.
- Employee supporting services - ensure purchase or arrangements and hand over of equipment or information to employees such as badge, credit card, fuel card.
- Cooperate and provide support to the country manager.
- In cooperation with purchasing manager negotiate with external suppliers and handle necessary arrangements and contracts (e.g. office supplies, office refreshments.
- Other incidental duties.
What you’ll need (Required):
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience.

- Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Strong negotiation, management, communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks while working toward long-term goals.
- Solid computer literacy, including proficiency with MS Office and email systems.
- Experience working in multi-functional role with adaptability and openness
- Strong team spirit with collaborative mindset.
- Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
- Proven networking skills with senior internal and external representatives.
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
