How you will make an impact:
The New Accounts Associate Analyst (formal Edwards title is Associate Analyst, Business) – working as a member of the Customer Accounts Operations team -- will be responsible for opening new accounts, managing the US customer database, and leveraging project management and data analytics skills to enhance the operations.
- Open new accounts for US customers. Includes gathering new account paperwork, DNBI inquiries, and updating/maintaining data within the ERP system (e.g., Edwards Customer Address book).
- Maintain address book records for our US customers. This includes all activities related to customer setup, customer profile as it relates to Accounts Receivables, Customer Service, Freight setup, Clinical setup, etc. Requests will come from customers and internal stakeholders.
- Lead and/or plan projects that improve efficiencies in the department and take ownership for completion of assigned tasks. Investigate and implement technological advancements. Document and evaluate current process to provide recommendations on improvements.
- Submit Customer and Vendor refund/payment requests in COUPA. Includes reconciling in JDE, resolving discrepancies, mailing out checks and follow up with customer and AR inquiries.
- Manage, audit, archive manual credit orders to ensure accuracy and alignment with SOX. Includes managing the credit order workflow system within SalesForce.com and gathering all auditing data for cross-functional teams. Recommend process/system enhancements for future upgrades.
- Provide knowledge transfer to other team members

What you'll need (required):
Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 1 year of related experience.
What else we look for (preferred):
- Experience working as a credit analyst
- Experience working with a vendor to hospitals
- Experience working with JDE
- Good computer skills including usage of Microsoft Office Suite
- Business systems / enterprise application platforms (e.g., ERP) experience and data analysis experience
- Good project management experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
- Ability to adapt to new technologies
- Full knowledge and understanding of SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley)
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams; and/or contacts outside own organization
- Ability to provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

For California, the base pay range for this position is $55,000 to $78,000 (highly experienced).
The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
