• Analyze and interpret complex monthly financial results to identify financial issues, for business leaders.
• Conduct research and prepare analysis in accordance with existing practice
• Deliver timely and high-quality monthly financial reports, to address business and operational performance highlights and also alert potential risks.
• Provide pre-closing net revenue estimation, monthly
• Provide net revenue estimate, monthly Prepare business budgets, in conjunction with Business management team
• Support annual and long-term budgeting process according to existing practice
• Support forecasting processes, including periodic updates monthly
• Provide requested financial reports for China/Hong Kong/Taiwan and Greater China consolidation.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis as needed, such as: ROI on investment projects, or product/project-related analysis
• Provide regular management reporting package and presentations.
• Work closely with multi-teams to track the financial performance, keep proactive communications and take appropriate actions.
• Join ad-hoc projects assignment.
• Assess system capabilities and process efficiencies and make recommendations for enhancements and upgrades.
• Initiate process improvements, reporting intelligence improvements and actively participate in Corporate projects, to enhance financial planning and analytical tools to satisfy business growth demands.

What you'll need (Required):

• Proven expertise in MS Office, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint, and related financial systems: ERP (e.g.JDE, Oracle), HFM, and SFDC experience preferred
• Substantial understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)
• Substantial knowledge of financial concepts and principles
• Good communication skills, and fluent in both written and verbal English
• Extensive understanding of related aspects of financial processes and/or systems
