By combining deep product knowledge with procedural expertise, our FCS team works in partnership with clinicians to achieve the best possible results in life-saving therapies. Their presence in clinical settings supports the delivery of exceptional patient care and helps clinicians navigate complex interventions with confidence.

How you'll make an impact
- Share knowledge and technical expertise in clinical settings by guiding device implants, offering procedural insights, and responding to healthcare professionals’ questions
- Champion the safe and effective use of our advanced medical technologies by promoting best practices and supporting procedural consistency
- Support optimal patient outcomes by analysing imaging and contributing to case planning
- Educate and empower healthcare professionals with comprehensive training and insights
- Drive success by collaborating with sales teams to achieve shared business goals
Preparing you for success
Once you join our team, we'll prepare you to become a subject matter expert on our life-changing innovative devices. You’ll learn the fundamentals of scrubbing and device preparation using aseptic techniques, and develop the procedural knowledge needed to support real-world cases with confidence

Who we're looking for
We’re seeking passionate and knowledgeable individuals with strong clinical acumen, a passion for patient care, and the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals.
Many of our current Field Clinical Specialists have transitioned from roles such as:
- Scrub Nurses
- Cardiology Nurses
- Cardiac Physiologists
- Radiographers
- Imaging Technologists
- Other experienced clinical professionals
Some have also joined us from other medical device companies, bringing valuable experience and fresh perspectives to our team. How we'll work together
At Edwards, you'll feel part of a diverse, collaborative team dedicated to transforming patient outcomes. You'll partner with Sales teams to deliver our products to healthcare professionals and work with Marketing team and Clinical Development team to enhance product usage and identify improvement opportunities.
