Provides support in projects for the manufacturing area. This includes: projects for the introduction of new products, cost reduction projects, automation projects and material change projects. In addition, support the validation and implementation of product changes and changes related to projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Validate and implement changes of products, processes or equipment.
• Run basic tests and experiments (including writing and execution of protocols) to qualify and validate the manufacturing processes; follow up on protocol activities, train technicians; analyze results, make recommendations and develop reports.
• Submit changes (creation and changes of structures, procedures and documents) through the Change Control Systems of Edwards Lifesciences.
• Analyze and solve basic problems of manufacturing and compliance (for example, non-conformities, audit observations).
• Establish or give support in project plans to guarantee that the deliverables are completed according to the client's expectations, using the project management tools (for example: project plan, risk analysis).
• Identify, give support and implement opportunities for continuous improvement to manufacturing processes or systems.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in in Electronic Engineering, Mechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial, Chemistry, Industrial Design or other related fieldno experience Required
CAD experience Preferred
Additional Skills:
• Good computer skills in the use of MS Office Suite
• Basic documentation and interpersonal relationship skills
• Good oral and written communication in English.
• Basic knowledge of statistical techniques
• Good understanding and knowledge of principles, theories and concepts relevant to Engineering.
• Good problem solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Good knowledge of the processes and equipment used in the assigned work
• Strict attention to detail
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
• Ability to manage competitive priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team environment, including the ability to manage suppliers and project stakeholders
