This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled ServiceNow Analyst professional to lead and support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of HRIS solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in HR systems, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful results. With a focus on innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement, this position plays a key role in optimizing HR processes and driving organizational success through technology.
How´ll impact an impact:
Responsible for supporting implementation/enhancements/maintenance of ServiceNow HRSD application. Lead and plan HRIS projects to translate business needs into system designs and capabilities.
Troubleshoot data errors and perform root cause analysis, including proposing and implementing solutions having broader organizational impact and provide knowledge transfer to cross-functional team members
Lead and plan large and complex projects, such as implementation projects, configuration/integration, system testing, upgrades, functionality/capabilities, enhancements, ad hoc reports/dashboards, security, validation, and general maintenance, by applying functional knowledge of ServiceNow and HR Processes. This includes evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, and solution development.
Participate with cross functional teams to represent HRIS and propose solutions impacting organizational projects and alignment. Oversee projects through execution of best practices ServiceNow HRSD and ensuring that project deliverables are consistent with architecture policies
Maintain and create system documentation, test scripts, and training documents to provide comprehensive support.
Perform audits to verify the integrity of the system and ensure alignment with other systems
What you´ll need (Required):
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields and 5 years of experience in previous related Human Resources roles.

Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources (CIS-HR)
Proven expertise in ServiceNow HRSD
Proven success adhering to and leading project schedules and managing more complex sections of projects
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong English Level.
Full understanding of organizational structures, changes and impact in HRIS system, business processes, and systems implications
Full knowledge in technology, trends, and systems
Full understanding of HR operations, data, information systems and process principles, practices and plans
Full understanding of Process Management
Proven understanding of Project Management and Lifecycles
Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodology
Strong leadership skills and ability to influence change
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
Ability to manage change effectively while mindful of technology, business processes, and systems implications.
Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
