How you'll make an impact:
Channel Strategy
- Develop and manage increasingly complex digital marketing initiatives that strengthen the U.S. market position, drive share growth, and support market development, while ensuring alignment with Edwards’ corporate digital marketing standards.
- Oversee the U.S. digital marketing strategy, partnering with global digital teams, content subject-matter experts, and external agencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop regionally relevant, data-driven channel strategies, leveraging market research insights to inform decision-making.
Execution
- Collaborate with partners on broader paid strategy through briefs, cross-team and agency collaboration, bringing your technical and regional expertise to the table.
- Ensure accurate planning and execution of all U.S. digital initiatives, providing proactive input and collaboration with digital partners.
- Lead account-based marketing campaigns, email communications, and other U.S.-specific digital activities to achieve regional goals aligned with broader business unit objectives.
- Develop digitally optimized assets for paid and organic channels based on existing marketing content.
Reporting & Process
- Optimize the design and user experience of internal sales tools (e.g., Showpad) and collaborate with content owners to maximize their impact for field teams.
- Deliver U.S. digital reporting across tools such as Showpad, Salesforce, Marketo, and custom dashboards, working closely with global partners, commercial excellence, and IT teams.
- Establish, track, and interpret metrics to measure program effectiveness and ROI, providing actionable insights and recommendations that inform strategic decisions.
What you'll need (Requirements):
- Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant work experience, or Master’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
What else we look for (Preferred):
- High proficiency with marketing automation platforms and sales enablement tools (e.g., Showpad, Marketo, Salesforce.com).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with proven ability to contribute to strategy development, process improvement, and standards-setting.
- Understanding of agency processes, including briefs, budgets, and project management.
- Direct experience planning account-based marketing, association partnerships, and sales-enablement-oriented digital tactics.
- Experience with broader paid efforts and integrated with owned and earned.
- Familiarity with complex B2B sales processes or experience in technology, medical device or pharma industries.
- Expert understanding of digital marketing principles and their application across channels.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.
For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $136,000 to $192,000 (highly experienced).
