This role is an on-site or hybrid role based at Edwards’ corporate headquarters in Irvine, California.

How you’ll make an impact:

The Rep, Indirect Sourcing is responsible for supporting source-to-pay business processes and applications.

  • Monitor and address routine service tickets/queries (basic to intermediate troubleshooting) for Procurement-managed processes and systems
  • Provide user support for Procurement-managed systems
  • Support supplier enablement program
  • Identify and remediate supplier lifecycle and source-to-pay intake discrepancies (e.g., Tonkean, TPIF, etc.)
  • Process the procurement review and approval of purchase requisitions and change orders
  • Assist with maintaining project deliverables and timelines
  • Support entry and maintenance of applicable data/databases (e.g., catalogs, supplier information, commodities, spend, etc.
  • Other duties assigned by Leadership

What you'll need (Required):

  • High School diploma and 1 year of related work experience

What else we look for (Preferred):

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 2 years of related work experience in procurement, customer service supporting enterprise source-to-pay or supplier lifecycle management applications (e.g., Coupa)
  • Experience in spend data analysis and reporting
  • Proven expertise in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel, Visio
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Language proficiency is required to read, write and speak English
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Quick learner with attention to detail
  • Ability to interact professionally and independently with all organizational levels
  • Ability to time-manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and key contact representing the department on projects
  • Travel expectation (domestic and international) approximately 5% (Actual percentage of time is determined by Management)

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.

For California, the base pay range for this position is $42,000 to $57,000 (highly experienced).
