In this Senior Analyst role, you will be a trusted partner for the commercial teams and act as an intermediary between them and the Leadership Team to drive TMTT strategy. The role is office based and open for multiple locations, them being Valencia, Milan and Munich. Depending on the candidate’s experience and demonstrated capabilities, there may be flexibility to align the role’s level and compensation accordingly.
How you will make an impact:
• Act as a copilot and trusted partner to commercial teams by leading analyses across our portfolio with a focus on our novel therapies.
• Champion adoption of new tools & systems to support sustainable TMTT growth.
• Own and lead business reviews to Leadership Team.
• Work on transformative strategic projects for the Business Unit and on continuous improvement cross functionally.
What you will need (Required):
• Master's Degree in related field of study (Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Engineering)
• Between 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in English is a must, any other language will count as a plus.
What else we look for (Preferred):
• Proven expertise in MS Office Suite including PowerPoint & Excel.
• Experience with Anaplan, Salesforce and Power BI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform work independently as part of projects.
• Result-driven and team player.
