How you'll make an impact:
• Procure and acquire parts needed for facilities activities
• Plan and convert work requests to all work orders including proper documentation completion, documentation audit and review, and archival of work orders and PM's within the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Track and sort data to support departmental and Quality Council metrics and maintenance of the CMMS database for accuracy of new PM entries and equipment by providing basic analytics, creating PowerPoint presentations, and utilizing the statistical program
• Organize and maintain Maintenance documentation control archives and library. Maintain the equipment ID and preventive maintenance fields in CMMS.
• Provide guidance and critical pre-planning information to Manufacturing Planning Department to ensure all schedules and activities can be met.
• Ensure completion of maintenance requisitions and purchase orders
• Organize and guide stakeholders with the information to ensure execution of requests
• Organize and review quotes for accuracy and provide input where appropriate to solidify work being requested
• Assist technicians with ordering equipment and associated parts
• Identify, create, and improve processes and construction projects
• Compile and analyze operating budgets for maintenance and facilities, including forecasting and utilization for reporting; reviewing frequently with management
• May provide awareness training on CMMS
What you'll need (Required): Education and experience requirements
H.S. Diploma or equivalent 5 years of previous related experience Required
Associate's degree or equivalent in in related field Experience working in a regulated industry Preferred

• Proven expertise in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Ability to work in SolidWorks.
• Proven expertise in MS Office Suite and CMMS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong mathematical skills and demonstrated ability to manage budget
• Demonstrated problem-solving, organizational and critical thinking skills

• Full knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures, and requirements
