Our Clinical Graduate Program equips you with hands-on experience in the dynamic world of transcatheter mitral and tricuspid therapies (TMTT), including device handling, implantation techniques, and troubleshooting. As part of the Field Clinical team, you'll collaborate with clinical professionals to deliver patient-focused therapies. We're looking for compassionate and curious individuals inspired by our spirit of innovation.

How does it work?

This is a 12-month graduate program divided into several phases, each designed to help you build essential skills and competencies needed for a Field Clinical Specialist role. Once you complete the program, you may have the opportunity to continue your career as part of the Field Clinical team or other available career paths. 

Applications open in September. Program starts in April and runs for 12 months

What you'll need

Requirements (Germany UR)
  • Recent bachelor's or master's graduates in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, or Clinical Physiology, Nursing or Physician Assistant 
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills 
  • Proficiency in English and German 
  • Willing to commit to a 12-month program  
  • Willing to travel across Germany as required by Edwards 
  • Living within commutable distance of Munich, Germany
