Each year, you and your manager will establish your development plan, which could include anything from new on-the-job experiences and internal training programs to seminars and university coursework. Together, you will review your development plan halfway through the year to ensure you're on track. The opportunities are there; you just need a plan and the commitment to excel.

Absolutely. Continuous learning is key to keeping up with your skills and knowledge. In the U.S., Edwards has a tuition reimbursement program that reimburses up to $5,200 for undergraduate-related coursework and $7,500 for master's-related coursework per calendar year.

Within the Edwards career center you can create an account and complete a job profile. Once you do that, you will be able to apply to any positions that fit your qualifications and interests. Remember to check back periodically to ensure your resume and profile are up to date.

The timeline can vary based on the position. You will receive confirmation that you have successfully completed an application. Any updates to the status of your application will be sent via email. A recruiter will contact you for further information if your experience appears to make you a good match for the role.
