Technical Development Program
Rotational Assignments

Our TDP program gives TDPs the opportunity to rotate through 4 assignments over their first 18 months. Each 16 to 20 week rotation is in a different part of our business, in a different function, such as:
  • Research & Development: These will include technical rotations in Research or New Product Development.
  • Manufacturing: These will include rotations in Manufacturing Engineering, Production Supervision, Smart Manufacturing projects or Supply Chain Management.
  • Quality and Regulatory: These will include rotations in Quality Engineering, Quality Control, Quality Systems, Laboratory or Regulatory Affairs.
  • Non-Technical: Rotations can be from a non-technical area such as Marketing, Clinical Affairs, Discovery, etc.
After completion of the rotation, TDPs take on a high impact role in any business unit and function within the organization, typically within our global headquarters.
