Technical Development Program Application Requirements
To be considered for this program, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
- A Bachelors or Masters of Science degree from an accredited university in one of the following
engineering degree programs:

Engineering Management |
- Graduation date between November 2007, and June 2008
- GPA of 3.0 or better (on a 4.0 scale)
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency
Differentiating assets:
- Leadership capabilities and potential demonstrated through extracurricular activities, employment and/or internship experiences
- Ability to excel in a team based environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
- Relevant, hands-on experience (via labs, projects, internship, co-op, etc.)
- Business acumen and global mindset; able to operate across cultures
- Confident and well-rounded
- A passion for technology and a commitment to quality
- Geographic flexibility
