Preparing for your Interview at Edwards
Here are some ideas to help you prepare for your interview with Edwards:
- Be prepared to discuss – in detail – not only what you’ve done, but how you did it. Interviewers are going to ask you several probing questions as they try to understand, for example, how you solved problems, how you interacted with team mates, and how you demonstrated leadership.
- Prepare some quality questions for your interviewer. You might want to ask about some of the most challenging projects their team has tackled in the last year, how their group impacts the lives of patients, and what type of work you’d likely focus on in your first year. Remember, you’re here to interview us, too, so don’t miss this opportunity to get to know us better. If you attend one of the schools we visit, be sure to attend the information session presentation. Our on-campus interviews are usually just 30 minutes so you'll want to be sure to ask your questions at the information session.
- Research Edwards. Learn about our products, our history, recent announcements, and more. This will give you better context for the questions asked of you, as well as help you to craft quality questions for us.
- Relax. Interviewing can be nerve racking. But our goal is not to stress you out. Our goal is to discover your strengths, your interests, and your approach to work and teams.
