Minimum Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Engineering from an Accredited University
- Graduation Between Fall 2010 and Spring 2011
- GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale)
- Proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency Authorization

- Technical Exposure to One or More of the Following: Lean/Six Sigma, Commercialization, Research & Development, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering
