Accounting & Finance Development Program
Rotational Assignments
Each AFDP participant will complete four work rotation assignments. Assignments will typically be 16 to 20 weeks and in each of the following areas:
- Accounting Operations/Cash Cycle: This rotation will include hands on experience in Customer Service, Purchasing, Treasury, Shipping & Receiving, Accounts Payable, and Collections.
- Cost Accounting/Inventory Accounting: This rotation will offer experience in Manufacturing and possible locations of Irvine, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic or Salt Lake City.
- Field Sales Finance: This rotation is in our largest sales region, North America, and will cover sales and spending analysis, as well as the planning and forecast process.
- Corporate Function Rotation: This rotation will take place within one of the other finance functional areas Internal Audit, Corporate Accounting, Internal Planning, Tax, Consolidations, or Business Unit Finance.
After completion of the rotation, AFDPs take on a high impact role within the organization, typically within our global headquarters. | |
