Accounting & Finance Development Program Application Requirements
To be considered for this program, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
- A bachelors of science degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university
- Successful completion of two core Accounting 300 level courses
- Graduation dates between December, 2006 - June, 2007
- GPA of 3.0 or better (on a 4.0 scale)
- Proof of U.S. citizenship or permanent residency authorization
Differentiating assets:
- Leadership capabilities and potential demonstrated through extracurricular activities, employment and/or internship experiences
- Ability to excel in a team based environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
- Relevant, hands-on experience (via projects, internship, co-op, etc.)
- Business acumen and global mindset; able to operate across cultures
- Confident and well-rounded
- A passion for Finance and Accounting, and a commitment to quality.
- Geographic flexibility
