A highly selective, accelerated 20-month rotational program with hands-on rotation through at least four different functions:

After completion of the rotation, Accounting & Finance Development Program participants assume a high-impact role within Edwards, typically in our global headquarters in Irvine, California.

Minimum Requirements
- B.S. in Accounting or Finance from an Accredited University
- Graduation Between May - June 2010
- Successful Completion of Two Core Accounting 300 Level Courses
- GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale)
- Proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency Authorization
