Accounting and Finance Development Program
PROGRAM OVERVIEW

A highly selective, accelerated 20-month rotational program with hands-on rotation through at least four different functions:

Accounting Operations / Cash Cycle Cost Accounting / Inventory Accounting
Customer Service, Purchasing, Treasury, Shipping & Receiving, Accounts Payable, and Collections Manufacturing Which May Include Locations in Irvine, California;
Salt Lake City, Utah; Puerto Rico; or the Dominican Republic
Field Sales Finance Corporate Functions
Sales and Spending Analyses plus Planning and Forecast Process Internal Audit, Corporate Accounting, Internal Planning, Tax, Consolidations, or Business Unit Finance

After completion of the rotation, Accounting & Finance Development Program participants assume a high-impact role within Edwards, typically in our global headquarters in Irvine, California.

Minimum Requirements
  • B.S. in Accounting or Finance from an Accredited University
  • Graduation Between May - June 2010
  • Successful Completion of Two Core Accounting 300 Level Courses
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale)
  • Proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency Authorization

  • Leadership Capabilities Demonstrated through Extracurricular Activities, Employment and/or Internships
  • Ability to Excel in a Team-Based Environment
  • Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, Interpersonal and Communication Skills
