Engineering Technical Development Program
PROGRAM OVERVIEW

An 18-month, full-time broad spectrum rotational program. Each TDP Engineer will complete four hands-on work rotations that provide multi-product exposure and cross all businesses and functions:

Research & Development Manufacturing
Research or New Product Development Manufacturing Engineering, Production Supervision, LEAN Manufacturing Projects, or Supply Chain Management
Quality & Regulatory Alternative Functions
Quality Engineering, Quality Control, Quality Systems, Laboratory, or Regulatory Affairs A variety of alternatives such as Marketing, Clinical Affairs, Discovery, Patent Law, etc.

After rigorous and challenging work rotations and exceptional training opportunities, you’ll be on an exciting path to a
Technical Leadership career at Edwards.  Recruitment for the University Engineer program will begin during Fall 2011.

Minimum Requirements
  • B.S. or M.S. in Engineering from an Accredited University
    Various engineering backgrounds, including Biomedical, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Packaging,
    Industrial, Materials, Manufacturing, Quality, and Management will be considered.
  • Graduation Between Fall 2011 and Spring 2012
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale)
  • Proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency Authorization
