 | PROGRAM OVERVIEW
A highly selective, 24-month full-time program with hands-on rotation through six different functions typically spanning four months each:
| Financial Planning & Analysis | | Corporate Accounting & Reporting | | | | | | | Cost Accounting | | Business Unit Finance | | | | | | | Internal Audit | | Treasury or Corporate Tax (elective) | | | | | After completion of the rotation, Accounting & Finance Development Program participants assume a high-impact role within Edwards, typically in our global headquarters in Irvine, California.

Minimum Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics from an Accredited University
- 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale)
- Proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency Authorization
Differentiating Assets - Leadership Capabilities Demonstrated through Extracurricular Activities, Employment and/or Internships
- Ability to Excel in a Team-Based Environment
- Strong Analytical, Problem Solving, Interpersonal and Communication Skills
