An 18-month, full-time broad spectrum rotational program. Each TDP Engineer will complete four hands-on work rotations that provide multi-product exposure and cross all businesses and functions:

| Minimum Requirements - B.S. or M.S. in Engineering from an Accredited University
- Graduation Between Fall 2011 and Spring 2012
- GPA of 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale)
- Proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency Authorization
