Our university talent often has the opportunity to interact with senior leadership. The University Summer Program includes a series called "EW Leaders - Unplugged." Edwards has a strong commitment to developing our employees. Each year, you and your manager will establish your personal Development Plan which could consist of anything from new on-the-job experiences to seminars to internal training programs to university coursework. You will review your Development Plan at mid-year with your manager to ensure everything is on track. Yes. Continuous learning is key to keeping up your skills and knowledge. Edwards has a tuition reimbursement program which will reimburse up to $5,200 for undergrad and $7,500 for master’s related coursework per calendar year. - What kind of benefits will a new employee or intern qualify for?
Interns are not currently eligible for benefits. Once you’re hired full-time into the Engineering Technical Development Program, University Engineering Program, Accounting & Finance Development Program or other regular position, you’ll be offered a competitive and comprehensive Total Compensation Program consisting of Pay, Stock, Health and well-being, and future financial security.
