University Engineering Program Application & Selection ProcessEach Fall, Edwards interviews qualified, upcoming engineering graduates at selected Universities. Finalists will be invited to our headquarters in Southern California to meet with Edwards employees and managers, scope out the facilities and surrounding area, and participate in an intense interview process. Offers will be extended mid-November for mid-July start dates.

Please submit your resume to your on campus career center as soon as possible. Resume submission deadlines are typically two weeks prior to the campus interviews.
