Accounting & Finance Development Program
Application & Selection ProcessEach fall and spring, Edwards will interview qualified Accounting and Finance undergrads at selected Universities. From these interviews, the best potential AFDP candidates will be invited to our headquarters in Irvine, California for on-site interviews and a facility tour. Coming out of this process, Edwards will choose the candidates we believe are the best of the best. Upon starting with the organization, the AFDPs will spend their first two weeks with their mentor, learning our internal systems and processes, and getting acclimated to Edwards. They will then begin their first rotation in Accounting Operations.
